Kanye West closed out the first night of the Wireless Festival in London tonight with a polarizing set. He started with "Black Skinhead," and performed material from his entire catalogue, ranging from "Touch The Sky" to "Blood On The Leaves." But there was also a passionate 20 minute speech that met with boos from some festival attendees. "F**k saving face and what it's supposed to mean," Kanye said. "It's about living my dream." The Daily Mail reports that hundreds of people left the concert early due to the rant. Other fans expressed their displeasure on Twitter, but not everyone felt the same way. Kanye still had fans singing along to "Blood On The Leaves" after the rant ended. He has two more performances left at the Wireless Festival: tomorrow he headlines again in London as Drake's replacement, and then Sunday he will be performing in Birmingham.
