Over the past seven years, Portugal's Buraka Som Sistema have blazed a groundbreaking trail as global bass pioneers. If unfamiliar with the quartet's considerable talents as a band, as well as working as producers and vocalists, there certainly hasn't been a shortage - especially recently - of engaging and top quality footage available to raise awareness. Director João Pedro Moreira has directed the group's 2013 documentary Off The Beaten Track as well as the videos for 2011 single "Hangover (Bababa)" and 2008 underground classic "Sound of Kuduro." However, when combining the talents of noted Portuguese street artist Vhils (Alexandre Farto) with the gifted Moreira, the output is latest Buraka video "Stoopid."

The clip for "Stoopid" is the artistic visual approximation of what Buraka's sound has done to bassbins and dancefloors for the entirety of their run as a group. Explosive, colorful, chaotic and emotionally impacting, it's a perfect lead in for the group's forthcoming album dropping on June 9.
