Looks like people are starting to fiend for dubstep, no? We threw up a mix from Symbiotic and the response was surprising, given that imprints like Firepower haven't shied away from the massive 140BPM flavors at all. Their next release is from MING in the form of Blackout, which drops on April 8. MING is a name you should be aware of; Steve Aoki calls him a "legend" and released his banger "King Kong" on Dim Mak, and he's raked in releases everywhere from mau5trap to scoring campaigns for Nissan, Nokia, and Doritos. For those of you who think the name is familiar, it is: this is the same MING from the NYC crew Ming & FS, who represented drum & bass for the city during the '90s (even getting to remix Puff Daddy's "All About The Benjamins"). This cut we bring you is a maniacal rework of Blackout cut "Drop Out" from Kick The Habit, an Israel-based duo who you should have seen on releases from Play Me and Addicted. This remix is turbo-charged and stadium-ready. Something that'll get the bass stage pumping, trust we. Bass music is alive and well! You can pre-order Blackout today.
