Moombahton and tech-house maestros Nadastrom (Dave Nada and Matt Nordstrom) have quite the reach when it comes to top-tier DJ/producer fans of their progressive style. Obviously, names like Skrillex and Diplo stick out to the average listener, but if you dig back to June 2011, there's BBC Radio 1's Annie Mac supporting Nadastrom and David Heartbreak's "Church," a soulful moombah-style mashup of James Blake's "Limit to Your Love" and Nina Simone's "See Line Woman." Now, three years later, there's Annie Mac again with Free Music Monday support for Nadastrom on "Fat Boys," their newest tech-meets-moombahton groover.

What would've happened if OG rap legend the Human Beat Box had ever meet techno master Kevin Saunderson in a studio in Puerto Rico? The answer is indeed "Fat Boys," which takes the vocal of the Fat Boys member, and buffers it with equal parts kick-drum dembow and hi-hat tech house. Sparse, yet deep atmospherics meet with a style that at the bottom is ready for either a Berlin dance-floor or a Miami sunset during the forthcoming Miami Music Week. With much more presumed in the offing from the well-respected duo, this should tide moombahton fanatics over for the time being.
