Ashanti stopped by the Complex office to kick it about her new album BraveHeart, but she also shared some info on her involvement in the upcoming biopic about the life of Tupac Shakur. With Ashanti's experience on the silver screen, one would consider the possibility of her acting in the movie, but she will be sticking to her roots and lending her voice to the film's score. She also confirmed that Boyz n the Hood director, John Singleton, has taken on the task of bringing Tupac's now legendary story back to life. This isn't the first time Ashanti has been involved in a Pac inspired project, so we know she's ready to deliver.
