During an impromptu interview with a writer from Mass Appeal, Young Thug said that he had signed with Cash Money Records. The interview took place just moments after Thug got out of a red Maybach that Cash Money head honcho Birdman was sitting in. Birdman was celebrating his birthday last night in his hometown of New Orleans, which is also in the midst of NBA's All-Star Weekend. During the course of last night's festivities, Birdman took a picture and captioned it with the chorus of Thug's "Stoner":

Five days ago, Birdman gave Thug a GTV Bottle Chain, which fueled speculation that a deal was imminent. However, neither Thug nor Cash Money has officially announced a deal yet.
