One thing about being a good rapper is knowing when to rise to the occasion. Cue this new collaborative record with Talib Kweli, Elzhi, and Phonte, "No Competition." Few would argue against the impact each one of these rappers has made in their respective careers, and they showcase their skills brilliantly here by knocking out three straight verses that'll have the listener hitting the rewind button. If there really is no competition, it's because Kweli, Elzhi and Phonte buried them somewhere in their verse. Also, producer Khrysis would be wise to not share this beat with anyone; it would only be an injustice to this record.

"No Competition" will be included on Jamla Record's upcoming compilation Jamla Is the Squad, due out January 28. The project is hosted by notable producer/DJ Statik Selektah.
