If underwhelmed by Beyonce's latest album release, there's probably no more ideal way to find a way to enjoy one of pop music's most beloved divas than with a slew of Baltimore club and vogue house remixes. Baltimore-based producer Jay R. Neutron is affiliated with Mike Q's Qween Beat Productions and has literally broken down the entire album into a break heavy mess of goodness that demands an immediate listen. Of particular note is the remix to current single "Drunk in Love," which soars like a bird escaping its cage into a whole other level of track. Again, the ballroom/vogue house scene is definitely deserving of a close watch in 2014, as if you were wondering "whatever happened to Baltimore club," this neighboring style keeps the vibe but gives it an extra energy for a 21st century feel.
