Without official confirmation from Made Event and/or Electric Zoo, word from Alive Entertainment (a company out of Mexico which says they've brought the likes of David Guetta, Tiesto, Dash Berlin, and others to different cities in Mexico over the last few years) is that they will be bringing Electric Zoo to Mexico City in May 2014. It's interesting news in light of a) SFX acquiring Made Event, who puts on Electric Zoo and b) the recent news that the Electric Daisy Carnival will be hitting Mexico in March of 2014. We reached out to reps for word on this and were told to wait for an official announcement, which we've heard might come later this week. We'll keep you posted.
UPDATE We've received word that seems to confirm that Made Event, Alive Entertainment, and Disco Donnie Presents are helping bring Electric Zoo to Mexico City on May 3-4, 2014. As of right now all you can do, though, is sign up for future details.
