Not that you needed further proof that Skrillex loves drum & bass, but after Dieselboy's epic Beyond the Black Bassline mix and Rusko's Lift Me Up EP, it makes sense that the next OWSLA drum & bass release is from Bristol's own TC. TC has, as of late, been straddling the fence in terms of his sound; he's a student of Dillinja's Valve imprint, but is much more than a subwoofer-wrecking drum & bass producer. He has been dabbled in the sound of trap, and the title track from his forthcoming OWSLA EP, Get Down Low, has the proper 808 bang in it. He shows off what he sorted out for Skrillex with this special minimix for the EP, giving you all four tracks on this release, from the ShockOne remix of "Get Down Low" to the previously-released anthem "Do You Rock." TC's been at it for years, and to see his particular brand of in-your-face bass music being appreciated by Skrillex is a great thing to see in 2013.
