RiFF RAFF has been working on his debut album, NEON iCON, for awhile now. The Houston-based rapper has now finally announced a date for the album on Twitter. It looks like the album, which is believed to have appearances from A$AP Rocky, Drake, Action Bronson, and more, will be coming out early next year.
