Raekwon drops two new songs for his listeners with "It's My Thing" and "Royals (Remix)." The latter record finds the Wu-Tang Clan veteran spitting bars over Lorde's No. 1 single, while "It's My Thing" is a funky two-minute affair that acts as an appetizer for his upcoming album F.I.L.A.
These days no beat is safe, especially if it's a hit record like "Royals." However, instead of just kicking an opening verse and chuckin' the deuce, Rae keeps it interesting by adding more rhymes in the body of the song to the listener's delight. Being creative has never been an issue for The Chef. More rappers would be wise to follow in his footsteps.
