Buckshot has finally gotten a chance to talk about his recent collaboration with Eminem, "Don't Front." According to the Boot Camp Clik member, Buckshot found out about Em recording verses over Black Moon's "Don't Front" through his manager and Duck Down label co-owner, Dru Ha. Dru said Em wanted him to come to Detroit to help him with vocals and the chorus. The next day, Buckshot flew to Detroit to work on the song, and returned back to New York that night.

Buckshot also spoke about the support he has always given Eminem through the years, including Dru's interest in signing Em before he eventually signed to Dr. Dre. Em references this fact on the song, saying “Word to Buckshot and Dru-Ha, why the f**ck not?/You don’t like it? Suck a cock! Almost forgot/Before I signed with the Doc, I almost signed with Duck Down”
