Rick Ross recently stopped by DJ Skee's radio show to talk about his new album Mastermind and the success of Maybach Music Group over the years.
During the interview Ross also revealed that he was the reason Kanye West ended up signing Pusha T to G.O.O.D. Music. He says the conversation started when they were recording in Hawaii for Kanye's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. "I was like, 'Ye, that boy Pusha T, man, that boy dope,'" he recalls. "He don't got no situation right now. That's something you should sleep on." Pusha would later sign with G.O.O.D. Music in the fall of 2010.
Rick Ross' Mastermind will be released December 17.
