M.I.A.'s new song, "Y.A.L.A." stands for "You Always Live Again," a clever play off of Drake's "YOLO" phrase on "The Motto." She taps into her Hindu roots, referring to the concept of reincarnation. The song's production is chaotic, with electronic music influences. M.I.A. shows off her confidence with her vocals, saying "Dance go off when I enter the building."

"Y.A.L.A." comes off M.I.A.'s upcoming album, Matangi. Expected to drop soon, her fourth studio album only has guest appearances form The Weeknd on two songs.
