Mariah Carey is getting ready to finally release her newest single after a lengthy hiatus.
The singer posted on Facebook that the new song, titled "The Art Of Letting Go," will be coming out next month. It will be premiered on Facebook November 11. She described this song as "personal" to her.
Three days previously, she provided fans with a status update on Facebook. Saying that she had to take sustained time off away from the studio due to what is believed to be a dislocated shoulder, she indicated that the injury impacted her arm and hand tremendously, but that she was well ahead of normal recovery schedule.
Mariah's upcoming album, which no longer has a release date, is supposed to also be titled The Art Of Letting Go. No word on whether Mariah has scrapped this title for the album or if the new single is the title track for her next solo release.
