Last week we caught a glimpse of Jonny L's In A Jungle album with "Stars," and now we have not only the release date, but a full stream of the project. Jonny L's had a weird career in the dnb scene; he's never really been gone, but it feels like his truly inspiring moments come at random intervals in his career. "Hurt You So" dropped in 1992, and he had a string of solid singles over the next five years before the classic "Piper" was released in 1997. He's dropped tunes on Metalheadz, Hospital, and XL Recordings, who released his first two albums, although it's astonishing to even think that In A Jungle will be Jonny L's first album in 15 years.

Spearhead's no stranger to Jonny L releases; they dropped his huge single "The Rave" in 2011, and the feeling must have been mutual when it came time for the release of In A Jungle. On November 10, Jonny L marks his return to the drum & bass scene in fine fashion, coming correct with 15 tracks and zero features. He's got tracks like "Dub" that play to the more rugged, brutal side of his beats, but is then immediately followed by the intergalactic liquid feel of "Soldier." "Calling" brings a chill, steady vibe for the soulful heads out there, while tracks like "Remember" will be perfect for true junglists out there. Something for everyone, it seems. Preview all 15 tracks down below.
