Busta Rhymes, Q-Tip, and Kanye West met up today in New York City to shoot a video for a new song called "I Wanna Thank You." The song will apparently be on Busta's upcoming album, E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) 2: Final World Front. The song is also believed to have an appearance from Lil Wayne, although he is not seen in any of the photos or videos that have surfaced from the shoot thus far.
Some people may remember "I Wanna Thank You" from Q-Tip talking about the song frequently last year. In an interview, Tip talked about creating an online petition called "Busta Rhymes Make "I Wanna Thank You" Your First Single.” Clearly, this petition was unsuccessful, as Busta has released "Twerk It" as the first single instead, but it seems like Tip might be fine with the fact that the song is getting a video treatment. More information regarding E.L.E. 2 is likely coming soon, but for now, check out the videos from behind-the-scenes of the shoot below.
