In the wake of the Trayvon Martin case, CNN's Anderson Cooper held a dicussion on racism in America last night, and Nas was one of the few guests he interviewed on the matter.

Nas was completely candid with his response, claiming that people continue to prejudge others based on appearance. "If I don't know something about you, Anderson, I'm going to judge you based on a bad experience I had with another white person," Nas said. "If you don't know me, and you walk down the street and you see me, my pants are hanging, you're going to assume the worse."

He added, "At this point, America is looking like barbarians."
