A Lupe Fiasco music video can’t be just a music video. As evidenced above, the rapper finds the form to be a suitable way to get his political agenda out there. In this 13-minute, Alex Nazari-directed clip, Lupe squeezes in three songs from last year’s Food and Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1: “Lamborghini Angels,” “ITAL (Roses),” and “Audubon Ballroom.” It starts with consumerism and goes on to race relations, among other big concepts. Lupe's definitely trying to be deep and ambitious in this set of visuals.
