Chance The Rapper's Acid Rap has been one of the biggest projects of the year. The project was well-received by fans and critics and managed to catapult Chance into the limelight, allowing him to sell out shows by himself across the country and be shortlisted by J. Cole as one of the few rappers "saving hip-hop." In fact, Complex called Acid Rap the second-best project of 2013 thus far, behind Kanye West's Yeezus.

Chance has repeatedly spoken on Kanye's influence on his music, and how much he looked up to the Chicago superstar. Meanwhile, in the last year, Kanye has not been shy about endorsing some of the emerging talent from the Chi, shouting out and working with Chief Keef, Young Chop, and King Louie. As a result, fans have been eagerly waiting for the moment when Kanye would acknowledge Chance's talent and artistry.

Well, wait no more. According to Chance himself:

Kanye likes Acid Rap

It's a pretty simple statement, but it carries a lot of weight. Will this mean Chicago's newest star will work with one of the city's biggest? Time will tell.
