Big bird Claude VonStroke has been awfully quiet on the release front in 2013 and now we now why. After releasing two well-received solo albums in 2006 and 2009, the dirtybird head honcho is gearing up for the release of his third album, Urban Animal. Today we have the first previews and the artwork to tide you over as we await the album early fall release.
The first preview is of the single, "Can't Wait," a bouncy yet playful cut embodying the personality that can comes from a deeper dirtybird release. A childhood innocence pervades this as we ride along a bouncy, bopping beat. The second is "The Clapping Track", a devilishly creative track already destroying summer dance floors. Urban Animal is slated to be dirty bird's 100th release, and drops on September 17.
