Ciara had two shows in Los Angeles this weekend. She happened to ditch her performance on Friday at The Factory, a gay bar in West Hollywood. She claimed that this was due to her obligations with the L.A. Gay Pride, where she was slated to perform on Saturday night, but the owners of the Factory weren't accepting that alibi, filing a lawsuit against her. And what better way to get revenge on Ciara than by serving her with the lawsuit while she is on stage?
That is exactly what the nightclub did, and you can see it all unfold above. Ciara takes a quick glance at the paper and hastily throws it on the ground, but the damage is already done. After putting the lawsuit back on stage, the process servers comment that since she took the document into her hands, she has been served with the suit.
