Rapper Eldorado Red Indicted in Lil Phat Murder Case

As if the ongoing saga surrounding Lil Phat's murder couldn't get any more bizarre, documents now reveal that a former collaborator was among the five men indicted in the case. Atlanta rapper Eldorado Red was charged with the murder of Phat, along with participation in criminal street gang activity, aggravated assault w/ a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during a felony.

The rapper, who has done tracks with many of the South's biggest artists, such as Waka Flocka Flame and Yo Gotti, is among five people listed in the indictment. The others include Mani Chulpayev, a former Russian mobster, and Decensae White, a Division II college basketball star. Eldorado Red and Lil Phat collaborated on tracks that appeared on each other's respective mixtapes, McRado's 2 and Return Of The Mob.
