Linking up with Communities United for Police Reform (CPR), Yasiin Bey took the initiative to urge people to step up and get involved in the fight against racial profiling by the NYPD.

The video, titled "Don't Thread On Me," features vocals from Bey, footage of police stops, confessions from anonymous officers, and real-life audio of how these "Stop and Frisk" procedures are handled.

“People don’t like police because of the harassment,” said one officer, who appears with his face blurred and claims he was forced to racially profile. “And what civilians don’t understand is that the police department is forcing us to do these unreasonable stops.”

Fight the power ya'll.
