Miley Cyrus got us all amped up for tonight's Billboard Music Awards with talk about her upcoming single, "We Can't Stop," produced by Mike WiLL Made It.

Billboard has just tweeted that the release date for the single will be on June 3.

Miley spoke to Billboard on the red carpet tonight about her upcoming album. "I feel like I can really be myself," Cyrus said. "I really have more of a connection of who I am, and I feel like I can maybe express that more in my music now."

On her forthcoming single, she talked about working in the studio with Mike Will. "Me and Mike-WiLL [Made-It] teamed up, and it really just turned out to be perfect and exactly what I wanted, and exactly what I wanted my first sound to be, and my first look to be," Cyrus said. "I think it's an important message for me to tell my fans—they haven't stopped waiting, so it's great."

We've been anticipating her forthcoming project after hearing that she's been in the studio with Pharrell, Mike WiLL, Tyler, the Creator, and Mary J. Blige, just to name a few. Looks like we'll be hearing new tunes from Miley pretty soon.
