Teenage MC Joey Bada$$ is back to recording new music, releasing the Statik Selektah-produced "Word Is Bond" earlier today. Bada$$ snaps over faint piano keys, hard drums and scratches that will leave fans eagerly waiting for June 12, the day he promises to deliver his Summer Knights EP. It was on the same day last year that he dropped 1999, the project that stamped him as one of the new artists to keep an eye on. Expect the same results and look for him to continue to improve. He's only 18.
