"The only constant in life is change" doesn't seem to ring true to many of us out there. No matter how small, when shit isn't how we're used to, people go in. The Mad Decent Block Party started out in 2008 as a free party thrown in Philadelphia, bringing out an eclectic group of artists and people to enjoy music and good times. Over the years, the lineup(s) have gotten bigger, and the parties have taken place on both coasts of the US, and in Canada. The 2013 Mad Decent Block Party ballooned to 13 different cities, and with that came a price tag. The $20 early bird tickets (which included one month of Mad Decent Premium service) went on sale earlier today, and that word spread through Twitter, with mixed results.

As you'll see above, some are fond to reminisce on the days where the Block Party was free, while others are just hoping some big name acts are filling these events. Some, as per usual, are still confused about what's happening. Can't win 'em all. Keep in mind, if you miss out on the early bird tickets, expect for prices to skyrocket, especially once those lineups are announced. The question remains: Will you be attending the Mad Decent Block Party when it hits your town?
