Talib Kweli hopped on Hot 97 to clear up his statement on Rick Ross' controversial U.N.E.N.O. lyric today. Kweli says blogs took the statement he made onHuffPo Live out of context, making it seem like he was slamming Rick Ross. However, he does think Ross was wrong on the lyric.
"All of these artists have lyrics that offend people, especially Rick Ross and Lil Wayne," Kweli says." I'm a fan of both of these men, I know both of these men, I'm friendly with both of these men."
