So it seems like Rick Ross is either refusing to learn anything from the Reebok debacle, or remains completely unaware to how these kinds of things are perceived, especially in the wake of that controversy.
While his official apology suggested the rapper had some sincere regret about how the words could be received, tweeting a picture of what definitely looks like a woman passed out in her Ciroc on your boat...that's either passive-aggressive trolling, or a serious case of obliviousness. For his sake, I hope he ain't even know it.
