It didn't take long for Justin Timberlake to clarify the changed lyrics during his Saturday Night Live performance of "Suit and Tie."
Monday night, JT was the guest on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, who was quick to ask the singer about the altered lyrics, which seemed to be a response to Kanye West. Coyly denying the change at first, JT eventually decided to address the whole controversy with Kanye, which began with a rant from the rapper during a show in London.
"For the record, I absolutely love Kanye," Timberlake said, refusing to elaborate further, leading to an awkward moment between Fallon and Timberlake.
Later on in the show, JT performed "Pusher Love Girl," accompanied by his own band and several backup singers and dancers.
