According to AllHipHop, a lawsuit was filed by songwriter/producer Micah Otano claiming that he never received credit or compensation for his production work on Frank Ocean's channel ORANGE album's fourth single "Lost."

According to the suit, Otano co-produced a song for Ocean originally titled "Daylight" with producer Malay, and when the title was changed to "Lost" and placed on channel ORANGE, he did not receive credit for his co-production. However, Otano did receive songwriting credit on "Lost."

The suit not only names Frank Ocean, but his label Def Jam/Universal, and Malay. AllHipHop has a full copy of the lawsuit.
