What is Usher up to these days? We're not entirely sure. But he did release a new video in which he shaves his head. OK, but why? Good question. The title of the clip (no pun) is "The Transformation Begins," so he must have something up his sleeve. Also, to be fair to Usher, it's never a bad idea to get a lineup before the weekend.
