Just when you thought American Idol was the only major side-gig for the New York Pop star she adds another. Nicki Minaj and Kmart announced today that they will join forces and release a clothing line in 2013.
Sears Holdings, the owner of Kmart and its affiliate website ShopYourWay.com, has teamed up with Minaj and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine to launch a series of new clothing lines. Nicki's will host a variety of lifestyle products, which will include apparel and accessories. She expressed her enthusiasm for her new line in a statement.
“I am so excited to work with this iconic, mass retailer and to bring affordable fashion to my beautiful barbz all across the US."
Minaj and Levine's new lines will debut toward the end of the year.
