He was in and out in a flash but being in the ER is always a serious matter. In a recent report from Rap-Up via HipHopDX, Nas was rushed to the hospital this morning after suffering from vertigo.
The Queensbridge emcee was supposed to make an appearance on Live with Kelly and Michael but couldn't as his trip to the hospital took obvious priority. Nas later tweeted about the incident updating his fans on his condition.
