It’s quite a day for Bon Iver. Justin Vernon and company have officially gone gold with not just one but both of their albums simultaneously. As fate would have it, 2008’s For Emma, Forever Ago and 2011’s Grammy-winning Bon Iver, Bon Iver both passed the 500,000 sales this week, making Vernon the proud owner of two RIAA-certified gold records.
