It's been about 15-and-a-half years since The Notorious B.I.G. was tragically gunned down. His murder remains unsolved, though new (at least to the public) information continues to trickle out. TMZ has obtained the autopsy report that outlines exactly where Biggie was hit—apparently only one of the four bullets was a fatal shot—along with the damage caused by each slug.
