Initially scheduled for December 12, Chief Keef will now have to wait until the top of 2013 for his probation hearing. Now January 28, Keef's new court date gives the 17-year old rapper more time between his hearing and the recent release of his debut album, Finally Rich.

The GBE headman's case was delayed because the prosecution required more materials in order to properly try the Chicago rapper. Keef's hearing comes on charges of violating the terms of his probation for pointing a gun at a police officer.
