Freeway was a recent guest on Sway In The Morning, and after performing his classic "What We Do" verse, he premiered his brand new, Just Blaze-produced song "Early" for the listeners. Free introduced the song saying, "It's been years since y'all heard us cook up a record together." He added, "It's only right that we premiere it on the Morning show because it's called 'Early.'"
