It’s been three years now since Rihanna filed domestic violence charges against him and it looks like Chris Brown will remain on supervised probation. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg ruled that the singer/songwriter/rapper would remain on probation through his upcoming tour of Europe and South Africa and will return to court on January 17.

Brown’s probation officer has apparently reported that he “appears to be making a sincere effort to comply with terms and conditions of probation.” Prosecutors recently called Brown’s efforts towards his mandated community service into question, but the judge did not address them.
