Another week comes to a close and it's that time again. Here we have the five finest tracks that dropped in the past seven days or so, two of which features a pair of rappers we would all die to hear trade some rhymes. Even though they're on opposing cuts—with both vying for a top spot—we have faith they'll work together again in the near future. Why all the ambiguity? Well, what fun would this be if we gave everything away?

King L "O.D."

Not Available Interstitial

There is no shortage of songs about syrup in hip-hop, but King L was able to add to the history this week with his song "O.D." Louie uses his very distinctive voice to spit some melodic bars about purple drank. Though it's only just over two minutes in length, the track allows Louie to get his full point across. But it's the hook that steals the show here. Expect a lot more content from Louie as he is planning to drop his new mixtape, Drilluminati, very soon.

Stepson (El-P & Nick Diamonds) "Movie Tit"

Not Available Interstitial

Stepson is the duo of El-P and Nick Diamonds, who most recently hit the studio together for a track on the former's Cancer for Cure. While that song featured the two sharing vocal duties, "Movie Tit" is a pure display of Diamonds' infectious songwriting and El's monstrous production. It feels too simple to call this "futuristic," but hell, if this is what the future sounds like, count us in.

Bilal "Too High"

Not Available Interstitial

Before he releases a new album early next year, Bilal is joining the mixtape game with The Retrospection. It's set to drop next week—December 6 to be exact—and to kick things off he's shared what has to be a standout cut. "Too High" is a jazzy cover of Stevie Wonder's track of the same name and it boasts Bilal showcasing his golden pipes over some music from Madlib's Yesterdays New Quintet.

T.I. f/ Andre 3000 "Sorry"

Not Available Interstitial

Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head is just around the corner now, and to get the hype going T.I. gave us his joint with fellow Georgian André 3000 this week. On “Sorry” Tip and Three Stacks get reflective and a little melancholy as they make amends with those around them. Plus, the last minute or so finds André demonstrating his full vocal range, which is always appreciated.

Big Boi f/ Ludacris & T.I. "In The A"

Not Available Interstitial

Big Boi assembled quite the all-star team of ATLiens for the latest track off the upcoming Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors. The OutKast alum, Ludacris and T.I. trade verses on “In the A,” a triumphant celebration of their collective hometown. The cut finds the three forces of nature at their strongest over a marching band-esque backing track.
