When Ill Bill and El-P come together, you can expect that good things are bound to happen. On the first offering off Bill's The Grimy Awards, El-P produces and raps on “Severed Heads of State.” It’s pretty straightforward New York indie rap, filled with aggression and intensity.
Bill’s project is set to feature acts such as A-Trak, Jedi Mind Tricks, OC, Cormega, Meyhem Lauren, Lil Fame of M.O.P. and more. Producers included are DJ Premier, DJ Muggs, Pete Rock, and Large Professor, among others. Look out for the project on January 29, 2013.
