With the release of Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors just around the corner, Big Boi is making some last minute changes to his sophomore solo album. A while back, the Outkast alum brought Swedish dream pop act Little Dragon into the studio to record a track entitled “Mama Told Me.” There was even some footage back in August of Big Boi sharing vocal duties with frontwoman Yukimi Nagano, and the pair sounded fantastic.

Earlier this week, though, Big Boi dropped the official album version of “Mama Told Me” and Little Dragon’s part had been replaced with vocals by Kelly Rowland. To set things straight, a representative for Little Dragon issued the following statement:

None

Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors hits stores November 13 via Purple Ribbon/Def Jam, but there’s no word yet on if the Little Dragon track will ever see the light of day.
