Nas’ debut Illmatic is regarded as a hip-hop classic. Now, Get On Down Records has announced that their next release will be the Nas Illmatic Premium Collection.
Get On Down is known for re-releasing hip-hop, jazz and funk albums with additional items such as unheard recordings, promotional items and artist liner notes. So far, there is no news on what Nas’ 1994 album will come packaged with.
Members of Get On Down will have the first opportunity to purchase the release. Fans who sign up for the label’s newsletter will receive details as they emerge. Stay tuned for more information, but you check out a glimpse of the artwork above.
