"I'm praying for you and wishing u the best today!" That was the tweet from singer Rihanna to her law-troubled former beau Chris Brown this afternoon and he may need all the best wishes he can get.
According to TMZ, the R&B/pop singer recently failed a drug test where it was found he had tested positive for marijuana. In Virginia, smoking weed is illegal.
Breezy may have been under the wrong impression though, according to Judge Patricia Schnegg, Brown was never ordered to undergo mandatory drug testing as part of his probation. With that in mind, she let him off with only a warning reminding him to follow the law.
Chris was in court for a probation progress report hearing in the case of the felony battery of Rihanna. According to probation report, Brown told his probation officer he had smoked weed in California. Brown has a medical marijuana prescription in the Golden State and it was in Virginia where he failed the drug test.
