Timbaland and Missy Elliott's names have been popping up recently due to the confusion surrounding their involvement in the upcoming posthumous Aaliyah album, but now that the rumors have been cleared up, Timbo took to Twitter to announce that Missy would be dropping two new singles of her own over Labor Day weekend.
According to Tim's tweet, the songs are titled "9th Inning" and "Triple Threat," and they will be featured on her upcoming album which is tentatively titled Block Party. Missy added on with a response to Timbaland's tweet, giving us a heads up that we should expect something different than the usual on her two new tracks. Peep the tweets below.
