The will of Adam "MCA" Yauch, who passed away this past May, was filed this past Tuesday in a Manhattan, N.Y. court. And along with noting that his $6.4 million trust will go to his wife and daughter, the document strictly prohibits the use of Beastie Boys music in advertisements.

Of course, the living members of the Beasties--Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz and Michael "Mike D" Diamond--could choose to sell the recording material. But given their allegiance to their fallen brother, it's doubtful that will occur.
