We reported earlier this month that Meek Mill was getting ready to head out on a European tour at the beginning of July. But it appears that the Philadelphia rapper has canceled his plans to hit up the U.K. venues because of some unforeseen issues. As he said on his Twitter, he wants to head there as soon as he can, but those dates are off for now because of his "past criminal record."
