Adele just keeps breaking records left and right. Coming off a successful night at the Grammy Awards last month and seeing her album 21skyrocket back to the top of the charts, her single "Rolling In The Deep" has now set a new record for female singers.
It has become the biggest-selling digital single by a woman, surpassing Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," which sold a whopping 6.62 million. The Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" holds the number one spot of all time, selling 7.82 million digital units, so Adele only has a little over a million downloads to go before becoming the ultimate queen.
Can she do it? Based of the strength of her sales numbers so far, she probably can.
