A Brooklyn rapper by the name of Ra Diggs, who has worked with Waka Flocka Flame and Uncle Murda, is facing the death penalty for three murders. According to the Boombox, a Brooklyn Federal Court indicted Diggs for the killings yesterday, one of which occurred in 2001.

He apparently got off the hook for that particular case, which was the murder of Frederick Brooks, but Diggs is now catching flak for it after tweeting that he "beat a body" in regards to Brooks. The rapper has also been indicted for the Gowanus, Brooklyn murders of Richard Russo in 2008 and Victor Zapata in 2009.

In case you're wondering, Diggs has been in prison since late 2010 for participating in a drug trade. You can see what dude said about Rick Ross below when the bawse decided to block his account.
